Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Personalized items may require additional processing time during peak seasons.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Because our items are custom made, please double-check spelling, dates, and personalization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Because our products go into production quickly, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, we cannot guarantee modifications.
